Case is Settled
The case o£ Albert Wolfe, Credi
ton truck driven, who was suing the
Canadian National Railway for $500
damages for injuries he received in
an accident on April 3, 1930, at ..Cen
tralia., which was to have come up
in. London this week has been set
tled out of court. Mr. Wolfe was
standing at the Centralia railway
station ready to load the mail when
a truck on the platform was struck
by the train and crashed into the

a very splendid report of the pres
byterial held in Hensali on April 28
and was much, enjoyed. Hymn 42S
and prayer by Mrs. A*. Gunning clos
ed the meeting. *Tea was served and
a pleasant social time was spent by
all.
