Kercher of Kitchener passed tliroiigh Hensall on Monday after­ noon interment taking place in the Bronson Line cemetery. Before go­ ing to Kitchener to live with her daughter she lived on the Bronson Line,* Hay. Mr. Herb Kercher east of Tuckersmith was a son of the de­ ceased, * Messrs. Mr. Smith was born and lived all his life on the farm on which he died. A couple Of years ago he was struck On the head by a limb While felling a tree and while able to be around he never recover­ ed from the effects .and has been in failing health. A few days prev­ ious to his death he was taken ill with pleurisy. The deceased is sur­ vived by 'his widow whose maiden liame was Miss Florence Preszcator, and one daughter Mrs. Lloyd Schroe­ der, pf Detroit;1 also one sister, Mrs. Davis, of Dashwood., The fun* was held Wednesday afternoon interment in the Dashwood an d Mission Circle attended , vinelal Highways Dept, that they in­ tend using the second concession of tine Township as a detour while the pavement is being constructed on the London Road, between Exeter and Centralia. Edward Fahner had the misfor­ tune to collide with another auto­ mobile on an intersection on the London Road Monday and is now carrying his arm in a sling. It is another ease of the other person not obervins; the Stop Signs on the High­ way. The automobile was upset and some damage done to the vehicle.
