In some way he fell off a scaffold, a distance of about twenty feet and fractured his leg above the' knee. He was rushed, to St. Jos­ eph’s Hospital, London, where the fracture was set. Mrs. P. Fleming received the sad news last week of the sudden death of her brother Angus McIntyre, of Detroit.
