Tn re­ viewing the debenture payment the Reeve" stated hat it would take $9,- 0.00 to pay the debetures and inter­ ests due, more than half of this amount being due on the cement road. The last assessment will be made for the road in 1932 and after that there should be quite a reduc­ tion in the tax rate. The Reeve then asked for a rate for 1930 of 37 mil]s.
