Mrs. I. Hall, of Exeter North, had
the misfortune recently to be struck
on the shin by a piece of wood while
endeavoring to cut it with an. axe
with the result that a blond vessel
was burst beneath the skin. At
first it was considered only a big
bruise but later Mrs. Hall was con
fined to bgd for several days at the
home of her daughter .Mrs. H. J.
Kostle and is improving nicely.
