against Richard Craig Willis,
Seafoeth, under the highway
traffic act section regarding
throwing of litter upon the
highway, Constable Clarence
Perdue reported on the facts
of this case, which occurred on
May 17 at the entrance of Per-
cival Street onto Highway 8.
Apparently at least one large
firecracker and what seemed
to be a string of smaller ones
were thrown on the pavement
near the police car. Constable
Perdue said that the driver
would not talk, but presented
his driver's licence and owner's
permit. Fine was $5 and costs.
