The president, Mrs. Milton
Steepe opened with the invo-
cation "commonplace things".
The WA hymn "The Love of
Christ Constrameth" was sung
with Mrs. Edward Wise at the
piano. Mrs. 0. Cole read the
scripture lesson, St. Luke 2:-
45-62, Mrs, Ray Wise gave the
Prayer Partner's Prayer. The
WA prayer and the Lord's
Prayer were given in unison.
Mrs, Keith Miller read the
minutes and roll call was an-
swered by a Christmas thought
by 16 members present.
Annual reports of the var•
ious officers were presented by
Mrs. Keith Miller, secretary;
Mrs. Alvin Dutot, financial;
Mrs. Alf Hudie, Dorcas corn
mittee; Mrs. 0. Cole, card con-
vener; Mrs. A. Miller, birth-
day box. The rector, the Rev.
E. J. B. Harrison, congratulat-
ed the ladies on another suc-
cessful and harmonious year.
The following monies were
voted; to the wardens for the
budget, $125; to the faithful
organist, Mrs. Storey, $25; and
a $5 honorarium to the fire-
man, Don Middleton; for' mem-
bership in the Film Board $5.
An appeal for help for Hong
Kong was received and will be
taken up in the new year. Mrs.
Ray Wise gave a seasonal read-
ing, "The Real Santa Claus."
