With the opening of the new school, John Siertsema takes over as principal of the two schools, and will teach the senior grad- es, with Miss Mary Helen Yeo teaching the intermediate gr- ades in the same school. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Durnin attended the marriage of their son Mervin, whose marriage to Miss Marion Viola Oke, daugh- ter of Mr. and Mrs James Oke, Science Hill was solemnized in Anderson United Church on September 3. About 65 guests attended the reception in the church parlor.
