Clinton Community Park. The
event has been advertised for 5,00
o'clock with the first heat sharp
at 5.30,
Last year's Saturday evening
twilight race meet here was quite
successful, as have twilight meets
this spring at other tracks.
Only four Clinton horses have
been entered, But the neighbour-
ing town of Goderich has a total
of 14 horses in the five events.
Each race will be of two heats,
Dr. George S. Elliott, V.S., pres-
ident of 'the Clinton Turf Club
and Art M. Knight, secretary and
their various committees have put
much effort into, this annual race
meet. Their only wish now is that
the citizens of Clinton and district
come out Saturday evening for
four hours of good racing.
Much work has been put on the
local half mile track, and it should
be in perfect shape by Saturday.
M. L. "Tory" Gregg, the popu-
lar M,C., from London and form-
erly of Wingh'am, will be at the
loudspeaker for the meet.
