KEEP CLINTON THE MOST MODERN SHOPPING
CENTRE IN HURON COUNTY!
"YES" ON ARC
For a considerable number of years, Clinton has been
recognized as the most modern shopping centre in Huron
County . , NOW we hive the opportunity to make it even
more in keeping with modern trends, with the inclusion of
government liquor stores, and possibly lounges or dining
lounges which serve alcoholic beverages.
Clinton's progressive businessmen believe that Clinton can
better serve the requirements of modern shoppers, if
government stores are located here.
When buyers go elsewhere to obtain a supply of beverages,
they invariably purchase other goods out of town. If these
shoppers can be supplied here, greater turn-over in town
stores will permit greater variety, more modern items
available for sale, and greater general prosperity in Clinton.
ALL THIS LEADS TO GREATER CIVIC IMPROVEMENTS
Clinton has had Many "Firsts" in other projects in Huron County, here is your chance to be
eligible for the First Government Outipts. This will certainly attract more 'business to our
town, tourist buying as well as normal trade.
• ALSO .. 11
By Voting 'Yes" on all three Ballots on Wednesday, March 23, you will be permitting two
of Clinton's progressive Service Clubs to apply for private club licences so that they may
carry on their many projects for the betterment of Clinton and District.
