CAVEN Y. ,P. ENTERTAINED
The Young People of Caven
church Guild spent a most pleasant
social evening at the commodious
home of Mr. and Mrs. Jas. Harrison,
on Tuesday evening. Three large
sleighloads driven by Messrs. Nel
son Stanlake, Wallace Makins and
Wm. Sillery, left the church^t se
ven o’clock and favored by a silver
moon and excellent sleighing and
the merry laughter of youth, the
trip was made along the pictures
que Thames Road in record time
and the sleighriders wore warmly
welcomed by the hearty host and
hostess at their warm and delight
ful home. Miss Lulu Fulton, presi
dent of the Guild ably directed the
evening’s enjoment of games, music
and entertainment. After some
hours, thus delightfully spent lunch
was served and a. hearty vote of
thanks was tendered Mr. and Mrs.
Harrison and also to the drivers.
The return.Journey was made in the
