Donley,-a prominent farm­ er, living on the fifth concession of Biddulph. Deceased, who was in his 64th year, had not been in good health for some time and was seized with a weak spell Monday morning. His wife ran to a neighbor’s house to call a doctor and bn her return found hei’ husband dead. Mr. Don­ ley was born in London Township, on concession 16, where he lived un­ til his marriage to Bertha O’Neil, who, with three brothers, William Christopher and John, of London Tp, survives him. The funeral took place on Wednesday to Holy Trinity Church, Lucan, ifor services and thence to St. James’ Cemetery for interment. Mi’, DaWson was unmarried and was 70 years of age. He is survived by one brother, Archie and two sisters, Annie .and Margaret, all at home. GRAND BEND HOTELKEEPER WINS O.T.A. APPEAL __~~ In a judgment delivered recently by Judge Lewis of Goderich, an O. T.A. conviction against Bruce Bos- senberry, proprietor of the. Imperial Hotel, Grand Bend, is quashed. Mr. Bossenberry was convicted by Mag­ istrate Reed of Goderich on a charge of keeping liquor for sale in his hotel, and was fined $200 and costs amounting to over $80. He was arrested following a raid on his hotel when small quantities of liquor were found in the pantry and the stairway leading to the top portion of the hotel.
