Mrs. H. C. Clarke, who has been
ill in Victoria Hospital, London was
brought home last week. Mrs. Clarke
is in very poor health’.

the Main St. United church on Sun
day evening that was greatly en
joyed by the congregation.

Elkton, Mich., on Thursday of last
week owing to the death of his
brother, Charles. The deceased was
a former resident of Crediton.
Mr. Benson Tuckey, of London,
spent the week-end with his parents

The Sunday School of the .Tames
St United church have decided to
hold their services during the sum
mer months in the morning com
mencing at ten o’clock. The ser
vices next Sunday will be held in
the afternoon and the change will
he made the following Sunday. A
vote of the school was taken last
Sunday and a large majority was in
favor of the morning service.
