Clarence Freeman of the Huron Fish and Game Club and WO Dan Truscott of the Sergeants' Mess team, both qualified in the singles competition to go to Ottawa to compete in the provincial finals on May 16. Ron Carter, Ingersoll, (formerly a Clinton resident), also won a berth in the singles com- petition after eliminating 12 op- ponents. .
