vide a reasonably good education,
and we think thee, standards might
be improved by' more use' of radio
and TV, and newer and up-tb-date
equipment, ie. encyclopedia, books,
etc.
The last question *as: "How
should the 'slow learner' , be
taught?". It was decided that
:there should be better co-opera-
tion between teachers and parents,
and teachers should give as much
time as possible for the slow lear-
ner, and if possible there should
be specialized classes: ie. some
city and town schools have these
.classes, with special teachers for
these pupils.
Lunch was enjoyed by all, and
the next meeting will be held on
Tuesday at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. James Lobb.
