University students from. all 'across Canada marked an unusual Itte,f): U their IaCattletnne careers at ,t0lintorn Thursday when they grad- tatted .from, the RCIAiFis, Zight Cadet Telecommunications course, The 38 Cadets have spent their holiday time for the ,past three years studying electronics in the RI radar and CIornmunipations School at RCAF Station Cainton to qualify themselves as tecIhnicall officers in the :Mr Force. Graduation of the course took 'Plaice at Clinton with la, full cere- monial ,parade dating, wilich the Cadets were presented with- their 'graduation diplomas by Air Com- modore C. B. Greenway, OBRI, CD, Chief of Training for the RCAF at Mr Force Headquarters, Ot- taws. ,ricatucled among the cadets are students' throw; Universities from coast to coast in Canada, as well as, the Canadian Military Colleges. Most of the cadets have served at least three summers at ROivF Sta- tion :Clinton, and many will re- turn, to 1Juilversity this fall for their final year while others grad- uated earlier this, year. Graduation from the course rep- resents the approaching end of a continuous study grind for 'over three years, summer and winter. The telecommunications course is considered to be one of the tough- est in the RCAF and is pre,sented to reviler force officers nearly a year 'of steady striviies.
