One of Mr. Wilson's., daughters, whom; he had left England, had married John Salkeld, Carl- isle, Cumberland, England. Mr, and Mrs, Salleeld and their family of seven children came to Canada and settled on a farm on the Bayfield Road, There three more children were born. The desc- endants of these ten children' met at Kitcliegarri, Registration was in charge of Mrs, Mary Rowed, Godericli. Sin the absence through illness of the president, Edward Jenkins, Clint, on, the vice-president, T. J. Salk- Lucknow, received the guests, Dinner was arranged by Mrs. T. J. Salkeld, Lucknow; Mrs, Simon Rae, Stratford and Mrs, Gladys Wallis, Clinton. Cairns; stepping 20 yards, Mrs. Kenneth Scott; time race, Mrs. C. Dutton; throwing bean, bags, Mrs, Vic Hargreaves, Mrs. Barbel Thompson; dropping clothespins in bottle, Mrs. Vic Hargreaves, Mrs. J. Cairns; measuring one yard of thread, Mrs. Mel Gtaihem; elimination walk, Mrs. Anna Ald- winekle; graceful walk, Mrs. Bar- bel Thompson. The children enjoyed a program of sports also and a bounteous supper was enjoyed outdoors. A little gift was given to Mrs, Ross Scott in appreciation of her hos- pitality.
