Daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Har- i
vey Johnston, RR 5, Clinton, have
been distinguishing themselves
again in the field of music. Doris,
now a graduate of Alma College,
St. Thomas, and planning to teach
music at the dependents school at
RCAF Station Centralia, received
honours in music examinations

of Music. She also won a gold
medal at the Waterloo Music •Fest•
ival.
Miss Joan Johnston,, student at
Clinton District Collegiate Insti-
tute, won both a silver and bronze
medal at the Waterloo Festival.

to leave the park. This was the largest walk ever
to be held in Clinton, and outside of the one in
Toronto, was the largest in Ontario on Saturday,
