Happy Workers Club Receive Thank-You For Clothing Bale The Happy Workers Club met on June 12 at Mrs. William Hol- land's, when nine members an- swered roll call by an exchange of flower slips and roots. A letter of thanks for bale sent to Mrs. Sloman was read, and she reported it very welcome, espec- ially the baby clothes and the quilt, A majority vote decided to continue meetings through July and August. The lucky draw was won by Mrs. Elgin Dale. The next meeting will be on July 10 (to-night) at the home of Mrs. Kenneth Williams. Roll call will be answered by a familiar saying, Lunch will be pot-luck. The quilt was finished and lunch was served by the hostess, assist- ed by Mrs. Kenneth Williams. NEWS of GOSHEN NORTH (MRS. There was a fair attendance, Mrs. George Beattie and Mrs, John Broadfoot gave excellent reports of meetings held in Grand Lodge in Toronto, at which, they were delegates of Clinton Lodge, Mrs. W. M. Nediger spoke brief- ly of her year as assembly officer, She has been colour bearer of the assembly and also soloist at Grand Lodge. Mrs. Andrews thanked Mrs, Nedtger, saying it was an honour to have this delegate from Clinton to take active part at Grand Lodge.
