rate fur ,the payment of the debentures
and interest;
WHEREAS it is necessary to raise the sum of

sexy to issue debentures of the Municipality of the
Town of Winghtan for the sum of eight thousand

for the purpose aforesaid to borrow the Said sum of
eight thousand dollars ttrul to issue debentufes of
the saidlntinicipalityy to the amount of eight thous
and slollarsin•sums ofnot less than one hundred.

said Municipality tp the said debentures.
4. There shall be raised and levied annually by a

Municipality the sunt of four hundred. dollars for the
