Donations were accepted for the Helen Kee- fer Memorial Scholarship Fund. It was announced that Mrs. A. Shaddick, Londesboro, would act as first vice-president for the com- ing year, and that Mrs. Willis: VariEgmend would fill. the posi- tion of second' vice-president.
