portion of the road on which said
old bridge stands, has been re-
verted to the County of Huron by

that under authority of the Muni-
cipal Act, Chap -ter 243, Section
453, Sub -section 10, the County of
Huron make application to the
Ontario 'Municipal Board to re-
ieve the said County from re-
building this bridge as it is• no j

pense than would be reasonable
for the use made of it.
