The serv- ice was conducted by the rector, the Rev. J. B. Harrison. His topic was. "Sowing Seeds". The church was beautifully decorated with fruit, flower and vegetables.. Trinity Church choir, Bayfield as- sisted in the singing with Mrs. Chuter at the organ.. JOINT MEETING The Woman's Association and Woman's Missionary Society met in the Sunday School rooms on Wednesday afternoon, October 1, with Mrs, Verne Dale, president of the W.A. presiding. The W.A, will hold a 'bazaar and bake sale in Seaforth on October .19. Ail the ladies are asked to help to make it 'successful. The W.M.S. president, Mrs. Ross McGregor took the chair for that meeting. On October 23 at 2 o'clock (D.S.T.) the society will hold their autumn Thankoffering meeting in the Sunday School rooms. Burns and Londesboro societies have been invited to be guests. Mrs. (-Rev.) Hall, Sea- forth Will be the guest speaker, Mrs. Lorne Lawson, Mrs. Verne Dale and Mrs. Wilmer Glousher will be the committee for the af- ternoon program and lunch.
