• There aren't too many calls
made for service; Where the pic-
ture tube is perfectly clean. You
can clean your own glass and tube
by removing the Metal strip at
the top of the screen and pulling
the glass ,forward. Be sure the
set is turned off whenever the
safety glass is not In- place. Use
any good glass cleaner for both
the glass and picture tube.
• In the Clinton Area, the ap-
proximate antenna directions for
our channels are as follows:
South—for Channel 10, London
(also iChi. 3, 5, 8 'Cleveland).
South West for Channels 2, 4, 6,
'7, 9 Detroit and Windsor.
South East for Channel 13 Kit-
chener (also ,2 and 4 Buffalo).
North East for Channel 8 Wing-
ham.
West for Channel 5 Ray City.
• Th,e best way to turn the rotat-
or is to select the channel first,
then turn -antenna in the direction
of the station and watch the screen
for the best picture. Some anten-
nas 'give a false or extra signal
at the wrong place-, so best turn
the antenna both ways and 'watch
for the best reception.
• There has been a. unprecedent-
ed rush on the TV sets lately, for
the World Series, etc., and our
stock of Eleetrohoine TV is very
low — to get the right medel. for
Your liVing room, better not wait
too long at least half of the
better Electrohome sets are no
longer available from the factory.
The RCA sets are coming in better
but-we expect quite a shortage in
November as all the manufactur-
ers cut their production away
down this year. So better get
your set right away.
