Miss Elizabeth Weston: entered Clinton Public Hospital on Monday morning, suffering with her hip which was broken over a year ago. On Wednesday morning. she was taken by ambulance to Victoria Hospital, London, for further surg- ery. Mrs. Kenneth Brandon and two children, Lynn and Karen, return- ed home on Saturday after visit- ing her parents, Mr. and Mrs J. W. Tier finger-tip veil of silk illusion fell from a crown of seed pearls and irredeacent sequins, and she car- ried pink and white roses. Harrison opened the meeting with prayer, Mrs. Percy Weston presided. The minutes were read by MTS. Merton IVIerner and financial report by Mrs, Fred Weston. Church cleaning was discussed and the members sewed carpet rags. It was decided to quilt at the next meeting. The rector closed the meeting and the hostess, Mrs. J. M. Stew- art served lunch.
