which. toppled while ,being loaded
on a taiiillmvay oar at Forest, Mr.
1VMaxwell was taken to Sarnia Gen-
eral Hospital where the injured
ankle was put in a cast, He had been helping load the,
tractor ,aib:oard the railway car
when two boasts slipped allowing
the tractor to go backward'. tbam-
age to, the tractor .was light. Mr.
lVMxwell is recuperating at his
home.

Sault St, Marie due to the illness
and death of Mr,' 1`Togalo's father.
F/O Nogaio retlrned to Ottawa

2 tablespoons vinegar or lemon
juice,
2 tablespoons water,
1 envelope =flavored gelatin
Vsteaspoon dry mustard.
x/a, 'teaspoon Warcesterahimo sauce
1% cups evaporated milk,
13$ craps shredded Canadian pron.
essed cheese
y z cup mayonnaise.
env minced celery,
34 cup n iniad green Pepper,
x/z ,cup rnninoed dill pickle,
2 tablespoons :chopped pimiento.
Meesuoe "vinegar and water into
medium. size mixing bowl, Sprink-
le gelatin over and let stand to
soften., Blend mustard and Wor--
Geste'rshire sauce in medium sauce-
pan. Add milk and heat over low
heat until hot, but not boiling,
Add cheese and continue heating
and stirring until cheese is melted
and well blended. Pour over soft-
ened gelatin and stir rxntdl gelatin
dissolved. Cool, ,then chill until
mixture begins to set, stirring oc-
casionally to keep snnooth. Foul
in
mayonnaise and 'remaining g
in-
gredients.
Turn Into a five cup
ring mold, Chill until set, about
two to three hours. When ready
to serve', , urwnoitd and fill centre
with "tomato wedges, 'if desired,

be used in place'of - the 1% cups

1 tablespoon chopped pimiento..
coeiced salad grossing,
eat and pepper.

Toss togethea' chicken, celery,
Swiss •cheese, hath, pimiento and
salad dressing. .Add seasonings to
taste. .Serve in crisp lettuce cups.

36 teaspoon salt,
