Meesuoe "vinegar and water into medium. size mixing bowl, Sprink- le gelatin over and let stand to soften., Blend mustard and Wor-- Geste'rshire sauce in medium sauce- pan. Add milk and heat over low heat until hot, but not boiling, Add cheese and continue heating and stirring until cheese is melted and well blended. Pour over soft- ened gelatin and stir rxntdl gelatin dissolved. Cool, ,then chill until mixture begins to set, stirring oc- casionally to keep snnooth. Foul in mayonnaise and 'remaining g in- gredients. Turn Into a five cup ring mold, Chill until set, about two to three hours.
