Mrs. Hiltz presiding •for the devotional period and Mrs. l'orinan Wight- man at the piano. The 10th Psalm was read by Mrs. Charles Millian. Mrs. Fred Toll gave a reading and then fol- lowed with prayer. Malcolm Hiltz sang a solo ac- companied by Miss Margaret Jack- son, Mrs. }Ritz introduced the guest speakers for the evening, the .Misses Margaret Wright and Joan Mills. These were two of„the girls that had attended Alma Col- lege last summer, Joan, showed some pictures of the College and outlined the layout of the build- ing. Margaret outlined their stud- 'les which were based on Corr work. She said the classes were both interesting and educational and she hoped that other girls from the church would have a chance to go this year. Mrs. Robert Philips played a piano solo. The offering was re- ceived by Mrs. Stewart Ament and Mrs. Charles Millian. Following their marriage they lived at Whitechurch for 12 years, where Mr. Phillips was engaged in the blacksmith business, then moving to Auburn, he continued his trade until retiring a few years ago.
