The librarian reported 3,416
books read during the year. Of
these 2,007 were fiction,; 249 clas-
sits and 1,115 juvenile. This is an
increase of 949 from the previous
year. There are •37 members and
62 public "'school children rebeive
free reading.

derful work,

in the church schoolroom. Monday
with. Mrs. Percy Campbell presi-
dent opening the meeting. Mrs.
J. Soldan gave the devotional sub-
ject, "The Rock." Scripture pas-
sages were read by Mrs. Robert
Madge. Mrs. John" Love led the
group in prayer.
An outline of the year's Work
was planned.Mrs, Clarence ' Reid,
assistant 'secretary presented the
card report. Mrs. John Sold'an's
group were in charge of the meet-
ing. The next meeting will'be in
