Santa Claus passed out gifts to each member and winners of the raffle were Mrs. Robert Carter, a panda bear; Mrs, Fred McDonald, a tur- key; Mrs, Dorothy Mutch, Christ- mas cake. The remainder of the evening, was spent in cards and dancing. The worship service was taken by Miss Sybil Cour'ticei with the theme "Love" and centred around the verse, "God so loved the Wor- ld," stressing the fact that."Christ- ma.s should be,1 /4nnich more than a day of gift giving and feasting, and we should keep the light and love, of Christmas+ time in our hearts and biomes throughout the year."
