Members, friends, and guest from Goderieb Township had gathered in the, Township Hall, Varna. "With farm costs spiralling, net farm income has been cut in ,half since 1951 and gross income 'of Ontario farmere dropped 3 per- cent in 1956," he said. Mr. Hill also referred to his recent trip; to Ottawa where Farm Union and Feral -Implement Workers Cpun- ell presented a brief to the gov- ernment. After a few games of euchre,. Robert Taylor gave a report on the play "Country Kids." He re- ported the play had been well re- ceived by three audiences, and six additional invitations have been received to present the play.
