The regular meeting of the
Teckersmith Ladies Club was held
at the home of Mrs. Norris Sillery
on Wednesday, September 5, with 1 13 members and one visitor pres-
ent,
The meeting opened with the
"Opening Ode" followed by the
Lord's Prayer. Roll call was ans-
wered by "an, eeibarassing mom-
ent in your life."
It was decided to, hold the club's
annual, bazaar in the council
chambers of, Clinton town, hall in
the later part of November or
early December.

Public funeral service for 'the
late -Mrs. Levine Tomlinson was
held from the Honthron funeral
home, Hensel], on Friday, Septem-
ber 7, by ,the ttev. N. McLeod,
Kippen. Interment was in Tur-
ner's cemetery, near Clinton.
Mrs. Tamlinson, the former, Lev-
Ma Kyle, died in South Huron'
Hospital, Exeter, on Wednesday,
September 5, having been admitted
as a patient on Monday of that
week. She was in her 89th year.
She was a member`of St. Andrews
United Church, Kippers.
Surviving are one sister Miss
Alice Kyle, Exeter, two nephews
William and Ernxnerson Kyle, Kip-
per.. , Her husband, the late Fred
Tomlinson passed away some years
