Fire Alarm $ystem.
Works Well As
Test Is Completed
'Testing :of all telephones
connected with the fire alarm
system in town ! was carried
out Monday evening during
'the course of the regular
meeting of the Fire Brigade.
It was found that all 'phones
were in, good working con,'
dition and each of the calls re,
stilted in the' alarm being set
off.
This is the first time that a
complete test of the alarm
system has been made since
the dial equipment was instal-
led early this spring,
Though some difficulties
had been experienced prior .to
the test, it is expected 'that
now with the equipment fully
understood and in working
condition there will be no
more trouble with it, Fire
