She had been ill only ten hours. Formerly Miss' Marion Glidden, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Moses Glidden, she was born in Sher- brooke, Quebec, nVlarch 24, 1878, She was married, -to Joshua Fran- eigewhe, predeceased her in 1932. She came to Bayfield eight years ago to occupy the home which her son had. provided on his property. Previous to this she had- lived in Bennington and Agin- court, Ontario, and Granby, Que- bec. . Mrs. Francis was •an Anglican and a member of. Trinity Church Hayfield. She &a survived by one son, Thomas Reginald Francis And three grandchildren James, Lloyd and Marion. The nuteral was held on Aug- ust 13, from the Ball and Mutch funeral home, Clinton. Rev. W. S. Outeriefidge conducted the ser- vice. The cortege left for Embro Cemetery where interment took place.
