required by said sections to be so transmitted or
delivered of the list,. made pursuant to said Act, of
all persons appearing by the last revised Assess.

for membersof the Legislative Assembly, and at
Municipal Elections ; and that said list was first
postel up in my office, in the Town of Wingham, on
the 30TH DAY of Avoosr, 1888, and remains there for
inspection.

in, to take immediate proceedings to have the said

our claims have been paid. The loss occurred; on
