Tuckersmith Municipal Council
met in Seaforth, on.Tuesday, June
5. All members were present with.
the Reeve presiding.
John ColWill complained that
the eCtivert on the' Layton Drain
in his property was not large en-
ough to carry the water and that
the same had washed out twice
recently. Council will replace the
present 30-inch culvert with a 42-
inch.
Stewart Pepper ilSo 'complained,
of flooding conditions on his prop-
erty and council will investigate
the matter,
Sufficient weed and brush spray
to treat approximately 35 miles
of road was ordered.
The clerk was instructed to ad-
vertise in the local papers stating
that the dumping ground will be
open to the township residents
Wednesday and Saturday after
nouns from 2-6 and 7-9 p.m. No
wire, car bodies or garbage (org-
anic) is' to 'be deposited in the
dump and all dumping must be
done under supervision of the in-
spector appointati.
