About eighty members of Tur-
ner's Church and Sunday School
met at Jowett's Grove, Hayfield,
on Thursday afternoon, August
28, for their annual picnic.
A lengthy programme of sports
was carried out, the results being
as follows: children 5 and under,
Eileen Garrett, Bruce Falconer;
Girls 5-8, Mildred Crich, Ruth
Crich; Boys 5.8, Bruce Witmore,
Koos' Verburg; Girls, 8-12, Yannie
