A hymn and prayer by Miss S. Courtice opened the meeting. The lession was read by Mrs. C, Elliott. The minutes were received as read and discussions on the report of the Set-Up Committee and the picnic followed. On motion of Mrs. W. B. Oide and Mrs. Elliott the recommendations of the Com- mittee were adopted: The picnic date was set for Aug. 13, at Lion's Park, Seaforth, and the following committees appointed: Sports, Miss L. General business was discussed and arrangements were made for the program on August 5, when Grand Mistress, Amy Johnston, Toronto, will be present.
