Hold Social Evening
Wesley-Willis Church Men held,
a social meeting in the banquet
hall last evening, with President
Robert N. Irwin in. the chair.
Members first assembled at
Clinton Bowling Alley where
Harold E. Hartley was host for
some games of five-pin bowling,
with Percy Livermore emerging
with the highest score.
Adjourning to the church, Arn-
old Rathwell's group took charge.
Musical numbers included those
by an instrumental quartette
consisting of Robert Glen, violin;
Noble Holland, piano; William
Holland and Lloyd Holland, guit-
ars; and also several by a vocal
quartette consisting of Donald
Andrews, Lloyd Holland, Fred
Potter and Arnold Rathwell. A
reading was given by Arnold
Rathwell ,e President Irwin introduced Rev.
M. G. Newton, Holmesville, who
showed coloured slides, including
Ulster, Holland, and local scenes.
He was thanked in behalf of the
club by Clifford Lobb.
Refreshments were served be-
fore adjournment.
