'tion • and . member for Yale, a former
Minister of National Defence; to' sit

of the registrar and his assistant act-
ing together to -appoint the deputy
registrars in each poll. All persons of
the ages of 16 years and upwards. will
be required to register. This will be
a national stock -taking of the hurnar
resources of the nation.
A questionaire will have to be an-
swered by each registrant in the reg-:
,istration unit where he- registers, and
great care will have to be exercised
in getting them properly answered.
