nia, gave an entertainment in the Meth-
odist church, They escaped from Ar-
menia, with some seventy others, at the
time of the Turkish massacres,, and are
now students at Chicago University, in-
tending to return to their native country
as medical missionaries. They gave au
address on "The Oppression of Armenia
by Turkey." a Turkish prayer, el:plana-
tion of manners and customs, exhibition
of wedding procession by ten of the
audience dressed. in Eastern ;garments.
