the establishment of a fouudry in this

ed a decision wleith practically means
that they will no consider any bonus
legislation till Mr. Pardee's bill, restor-
ing to municipalit es the power to grant

the same mouth at year were 2,568, of
which those fro i diphtheria were 85,

increase of 4 in th s eases of diphtheria
and a decrease oIl 32 in the cases of
tuberetdosis,
