The Woman's Missionary Society of
the Methodist church, Wiugham, have
within a short time been preparing sup-
plies for the Indian mission work. Nov.
90th, a quantity of new and second hand
clothing, quilts, &c„ to the value of $27,
was sent for distribution on the St.
Claire mission, and last week there was
forwarded to the missionary for the
Nims Indians a case of valuable
clothing, &c., along with a considerable
quantity of new toys, dressed dolls,
pictures, &c., to decorate a Christmas
tree he is preparing for the children.
The case was valued at $30.
