Walton, were married Dec. 5 at Winthrop United Church,
with Rev. J.G. Van Slyke officiating. The groom is the son of
Margaret Beuerman of Sesiforth and the late Orville
Beuerman. The bride is the daughter of the late Elmer and
Betty Koehler of R.R. 4 Walton, and was given away by her
brother Allan Koehler. Colleen Murray of Seaforth was
maid of honbr, and bridesmaids were Chris Carter oLi
Stratford, Donna Reid of Stratford, Betty McCallum of
Walton. Kerrie Taylor, niece of the groom of Stratford and
Eunice Koehler, niece of the bride, of London. Groomsman
was Laurie Fischer of Walton and ushers were Neil
Beuerman of Walton. Dennis Beuerman of Walton and
Gary Koehler of London. Theorganist for the ceremony was
Patsy Crowley, and soloist Larry Murray. Some guests
came from Ottawa. Tobermory and Cambridge. The couple
has gone on a Catribean cruise for a wedding trip, and will

mas by the Walton Unit to

piano for the singing of ,the
Christmas carol, "Joy to the
World". Mrs. Bean read the

Holy Night, accompanied by
his guitar. The. offering was
received and dedicated.

tion with world outreach of
the national church, the
speaker said he was an
animator, a person who ani-
mates people. committees
and Presbyteries.
He explained the new focris
of world outreach, which is to
respond to requests for mis-
sionary skills and to work in
partnership with churches in
other countries. "We are
partners in a global society,"
he said.
