9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. or by appointment.
B) Offers must be submitted to Rathwell's by 10:00
a.m. on Friday. December 4, 1981. Once an offer
is submitted, it cannot be withdrawn.
C) Offers must be accompanied by a certified cheque
payable to Rathwell & Associates equal to 15% of
the amount offered. These cheques will be
returned if the offer is not accepted. If the offer is
accepted, but the purchaser does not complete.
