'/2 C. margarine % C. desiccated (fine) coconut 2 eggs % C. sugar 2 tbsp. lernonjuice. 1/2 tsp. baking powder Infix flour, icing sugar and margarine together and press evenly into an 8" square pan. Bake in a 350 degrees oven 15 or 20 minutes or until, lightly browned. Sprinkle with coconut. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over the coconut. Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer. Freeze if desired.
