on Nov. 11, Mr. Stephen
Fournier celebrated his 79th
birthday on Saturday, and
ML,-Bert Hendy who cele-.
brated. his 78th birthday on
Sunday. Mr. Ed Lift will be
celebrating his 85th birthday
on Monday and also he and
Mrs. Litt will be celebrate
their 61st wedding anniver-
sary the same day. All good

Mrs. Earl Papple' was
hostess for the November
meeting of the Seaforth
Women's Institute Tuesday
evening, November 10. Presi-
dent Mrs. Eldon • Kerr con-
ducted the meeting, which
was opened with a poem read
by Miss Belie Campbell.
Roll call/ "What is your
favourite of the four seasons
and why?" was answered by
members and several visit-
ors. Spring proved to be the
favourite season, and only a
few . members are looking
forward to winter.
