In presenting Sept. 30 enrolment and staff figures - to the board, superintendent of instruction J.A. Richard- son said elementary pupil- teacher ratio is 20.97 to one and the secondary ratio is 16.87 to one-. Earlier this year, the-board established an elementary ratio ranging from 21.03' to 21.23.
