Widows and widowers with children encounter . new
problems. Many difficulties have been overcame
already by other widowed parents' through a group
called Parents Without Partners.
PARENTS WITHOUT PARTNERS is concerned with
the interests and welfare. of single parents and their
children. The group operates 13 chapters across
tanada with,enere".than,106 members. Depending on
the size of the group, they meet either weekly or
monthly.
The recovery process for the widowed parent starts
with orientation sessions which help them adjust to

attends seminars on how to raise children as a single
parent and becomes involved in an active social
program of sports, dances, and dinners.
This group should be considered by all widows and
widowers.. with children as.,they get ready to re-enter
