The decision was made at Tuesday night's regular council meeting after works superintendent Allan Nicholson read an inspection report from the Ministry of Transport that-revealed structural deterioration to the three bridges which now makes them dangerous for heavier loads. But money keeps coming in for the fund. Ina Scoins of Egmondville, president of the local chapter, of the Canadian Cancer Soci- ety, says S450 has now been collected for Ow fund. Both townships' are -concerned that work on the short stretch of gravel road. which is Huron County's , responsibility. might not receive the attention it would otherwise deserve because it is out of the way of other priorities on the fringes of the two counties. Councillor Bill Siemon instigated McKillop 's move, saying a resol ution might reinforce Logan's concern .
