Tuckersmitb Township will pass a bylaw
to restrict the load limits of three township
bridges to five tonnes. The decision was

deterioration to the three bridges which now
makes them dangerous for heavier loads.
The report states the worst deterioration
has occurred to -the:Roman Road bridge: The
other: two bridges where loads will be
restricted are known locally as Plunt:s bridge
and 114 vortemia a bridge, aixti,iotnetimes •

McKillop.Township council
passed a resolution at
Monday's regular meeting,
similar to a resolution
recently • passed by Logan
Township, requesting that
Huron County make it a top
priority to widen and pave
Perth County Road 10 north
of Huron County Road 17.
Both townships' are
-concerned that work on the
short stretch of gravel road.
which is Huron County's
, responsibility. might not
receive the attention it would
otherwise deserve because it
is out of the way of other
priorities on the fringes of the
two counties. Councillor Bill
Siemon instigated
McKillop 's move, saying a
resol ution might reinforce
Logan's concern .

meeting McKillop council
