Youngest noo•tAin was Robin Hempel and the person coming farthest was Carl Bolton. Mac Bolton guessed how much popcorn was in the jar. Bev. Pryce guessed the weight of. the. watermelon. Everyone was invited to help Ken and Joan celebrate their 25th anniversary on Aug. 29. Mac Bolton thanked every- one for coming and said he hoped to see everyone at the next reunion. At the going down of the sun and in the morning we will remember them. -P6RPONscon Our membership chairman has reported our "early Stratford plans alternate theatre The Stratford Alternate Theatre plans its first pro- duction . of the 1981-82 sea- son: The Best of the $2.98 Cabaret. The show will be held September 3, 4, and 51 in the' recently renovated City Hall Auditorium. The Stratford Alternate Theatre will be the first community group to make use of this facility since the closing of Stratford Summer Music's ---first season. The show itself is a selection of the most popular swim and sketches from past caligfets and is being direct- ed by the S.A.T.'s newly- elected 'president, Bruce Barber, Jr. Included in the cast are Lorie Anderson. Ann Brown, Jim Gibb, Ray Houle. Kevin Jenson, Scott Keller, Anita LaSelva, Fiona Mac Gregor, Ben Magnin, Sally Ritchie and Linda Ryck- man-Ham - all' local resi- dents. The $2.98 Cabaret will take place at 9:00 p,m. on September 3.4, and 5. Doors will be opened one hour before each performance and refreshments will be served'. The event is licensed under a Special Occasions Permit of the Liqupr License Board. Our golf teams in Owen Sound did very well with the number one team placing second.
