The Whyles had b. en blowing feed into the barn' earlier in the day, and an electric light bulb caused feed to catch on fire in the feed bin, according to on,the-Scene firefighter Jim Parkinson. The rest of the feed was extracted from the bin and re-bagg ed so erpbers could be extinguished. The ,only loss was some feed. Another fire alarm on Monday afternoon concerned-a minor grass fire north of the vacant Gay Lea building. Mr. Parkinson reported there a was little damage, and firefighters were at the scene for a short time.'
